The International Center of York County (ICYC), South Carolina, is a program of outreach and advocacy to international members of the York County community.

The ICYC offers a range of support services to equip people from abroad to function effectively in our community. The ICYC works to educate and empower our international population through a variety of programs including advocacy, referral services, and community teamwork.

The ICYC serves and helps immigrants in the York County community who are experiencing difficulties resulting from cultural or language barriers including lack of access to services, not understanding cultural differences and safety issues.

The ICYC works to remove barriers that prevent immigrants from exercising their rights, achieving personal independence and participating fully in the life of the community.

Clients are welcome to contact us or give us a call, but are encouraged to visit the office in order to receive the most effective and quality care services from the ICYC staff. There are no eligibility requirements to receive services.
